The paper presents a DSP-based design and control of three-axis servo motion system that effectively divides tasks between the master terminal four slave drives. proposed architecture enhances immediacy platform positioning integration software hardware. utilizes high-accuracy encoder as reference value for accuracy improvement integrates firmware via embedded execution program, thereby reducing error low-accuracy encoder. main core employs digital signal processor (DSP) input output reading writing, communication interface processing, user interface. controller processors to accomplish position in way. calibration technology upgrade surge axis. Finally, validates correctness feasibility method through experimental results from set adjustable platforms linear stroke rotary stroke. In summary, underscores hardware attain high-precision dependable system.
